Airbank was an early-stage finance automation SaaS start-up with no clear marketing or sales infrastructure in place.
The foundations that carried a SaaS start-up to exit.
Friday Finance
Our work for Friday Finance (Airbank) spanned UX, design, animation, SEO content, email campaigns and ongoing social brand management.

01 / Understand the brief
The product had strong potential, but marketing was reactive, sales lacked consistency and there was no system to track or scale performance.
Without repeatable sales and marketing processes, Airbank risked slow adoption, missed funding opportunities and weak differentiation.
Leadership needed an embedded consultancy partner to build the full commercial architecture, from user acquisition to investor readiness and acquisition.
02 / Approach
We built Airbank’s sales and marketing foundations from the ground up, driving growth, supporting funding and setting the stage for acquisition by Friday Finance and later Pilant.
03 / Solution
Built to move the work forward.
- 01
Implemented a go-to-market strategy combining SEO, PPC and outbound campaigns.
- 02
Built SDR and AE playbooks, CRM systems and pipeline tracking to bring structure to revenue generation.
- 03
Created investor pitch decks and sales materials that supported funding rounds and market positioning.
- 04
Provided ongoing consultancy and training so the internal team could scale the systems post-acquisition.
