Friday Finance
Our work for Friday Finance (Airbank) included designing elements, animations, UX, email campaigns to reach the right audience, writing content that was strong in SEO, driving organic traffic, and ongoing social media brand management.
The Challenge
Airbank, a finance automation SaaS start-up, was at an early stage of growth with no clear marketing or sales infrastructure in place. The team needed a foundation for scalable growth, structured processes, and a clear go-to-market direction.
What We Discovered
While the product had strong potential, its commercial strategy was underdeveloped. Marketing was reactive, sales activity lacked consistency, and there was no system to track or scale performance.
The Problem
Without a defined sales framework or repeatable marketing process, Airbank risked slow user adoption, missed funding opportunities, and difficulty standing out in a competitive fintech market.
Understanding The Brief
Airbank’s leadership needed an embedded consultancy partner to design and implement the full marketing and sales architecture. Driving user acquisition, improving investor readiness, and building a system that could scale all the way to acquisition.
Approach
We built Airbank’s sales and marketing foundations from the ground up. Driving growth, securing funding, and setting the stage for their acquisition by Friday Finance, and later Pilant.
Solution
We embedded ourselves within Airbank’s founding team to build the foundations for scalable, repeatable growth.

Implemented a go-to-market strategy combining SEO, PPC, and outbound campaigns to drive early user acquisition and brand visibility.

Developed the company’s entire sales infrastructure, including SDR and AE playbooks, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking, to bring structure and predictability to revenue generation.

Created investor pitch decks and sales materials that secured funding rounds and strengthened Airbank’s market positioning.

Provided ongoing consultancy and training to equip the internal team with the processes, tools, and confidence to scale effectively post-acquisition.
